INSTRUCTIONS

Take your normal shower beforehand, start aligning yourself for your ritual bath, you will need to focus, find your center and set your intentions mindfully. 
(note: You will need to hold yourself accountable without a guide (for those of us who do better with it), in exchange, reach out to me and I am happy to guide and create the container for you personally. "Results" are based off your energy, archetypes, astrological influence, and personal conditions.   

For Bathtub: Fill bathtub with tolerable water, pour a circle of salt (clockwise) to bring in, attraction (counter clockwise) to banish and release. Once you are ready, light your candle for ritual, welcome your guides.

 Step into the tub and keep your intentions in mind.

Next, once centered and comfortable, massage bath tea bag to release blend. The water will turn white , as it releases the organic milk bath, epsom salts, essential grade a oils and organic herbal allies. As your ritual continues, the water will turn green to brown, experiences may vary. 

Next, use the same bag and begin to "Wash" from the feet of your soles, scrubbing UPWARDS towards your crown. Repeat as necessary until blend runs out.  

Follow instructions from the label. 

For Standing Shower: Pool enough water to cover your feet. Massage the cotton bath tea bag to release the blend. 

Begin from your feet soles, and scrub UPWARDS towards your crown. 

Repeat as necessary until blend runs out. 

Air Dry as much as possible.
